is a non-profit tax-exempt corporation
dedicated solely to charitable causes & operating under the section 501(C)(3) 
of the Federal Internal Revenue Code and the section 23701 of the California Revenue & Taxation Code (R&TC)

RSJC is registered with all the appropriate federal & state agencies in order to accept charitable donations of cash & any other form of personal or corporate assets & property

All donations to the RSJC are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed under the current laws and tax rates
